Our quality inspectors conduct daily spectrometric analysis to verify the chemical composition of aluminum billets. The mechanical properties of aluminum materials are tested using hardness testers and tensile testing machines, while powder coating adhesion is evaluated through impact tests. In addition, color consistency of coated surfaces is checked with color difference meters. This comprehensive testing process ensures that only qualified, high-quality products are delivered.

After passing quality inspection, qualified products are processed according to customer requirements. Protective film is applied using automatic film-laminating machines, and packaging paper is wrapped with automatic paper wrapping machines to ensure proper protection of each aluminum profile during handling and transportation.
